Build the Framework: Goals, Outcomes and Objectives

Learners will discover how to identify the business goal and the training goal for a training request, then learn to create outcomes and objectives to achieve them. They will also create a roadmap for defining the assessments to measure learner success and how to populate appropriate content and activities to support the objectives.  

In this session, learners will be able to:

• Differentiate between and identify the business goal and the training goal for a project.
• Break down those goals to define outcomes and objectives to meet that goal.
• Develop a structure to map the alignment between goals, outcomes, objectives, assessments, content, and activities.
