Kindra Dionne is a leadership and development consultant and speaker. She leverages her 15 years of experience to support leadership development agendas in various institutional boards. Kindra currently serves as the program coordinator for Leadership Loudoun (a community leadership program), is a member of the Executive Advisory Council for Leadership GovCon, a member of the Learning Leaders Alliance Advisory Board, and faculty for the Young Entrepreneurs Academy of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce. A certified training specialist, Kindra is the creator of Purpose WorXshops. She holds a bachelor’s in industrial organizational psychology and a master of education in training & development.
