Katie Belle (Curry) Nelson is a doctoral student in the Learning, Design, and Technology program at the University of Georgia and is the Principal Organizational Learning and Development Specialist at Northrop Grumman. She has worked with companies such as Coinbase, and Moderna to leverage their learning data to demonstrate ROI and implement programs that have a measurable effect on strategic organizational goals. Her research interests include the Technology Acceptance Model, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, systems thinking, and Human Performance Technology.
