Fil Arenas
Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership, Squadron Officer College (SOC), Air University
Fil J. Arenas is assigned to the Squadron Officer College (SOC), Air University, as an Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership. Reporting to SOC in August 2007, he is also the Course Director for three USAF distance learning programs. He received his doctorate degree from The George Washington University in Higher Education Administration and is also an adjunct professor with Troy University, Montgomery campus. His current areas of research study focus on virtual immersive learning and virtual world learning teaching models. Dr. Arenas retired from the military after 28 years of faithful service (14 USAF & 14 USN) in 2005.
