Roshan Bharwaney, Ed.D., is a global learning, organizational development, operations, and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience driving individual, team, and enterprise transformation. His work integrates learning strategy, operational excellence, and technology‑enabled innovation, and he serves as a trusted adviser and thought partner to senior leaders across complex, matrixed, multicultural organizations. Dr. Bharwaney previously held leadership roles at Meta as a Strategy & Innovation Principal and at WPP as an Associate Director. He brings a research‑driven, human‑centered approach grounded in his doctorate in Adult Learning & Leadership and his master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
