He previously served as a staff data scientist at Meta, leading large-scale initiatives that combined AI innovation with human-centered design to drive measurable business impact. His work focused on automating analytical workflows, advancing AI literacy, and scaling generative AI adoption across global operations.

Dr. Lin is an adjunct professor of Data Science at New York University and CUNY, and an industry fellow at Harvard Business School, where he designs and teaches AI-driven courses that emphasize critical and ethical engagement with technology. He also serves as a global speaker for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), advising organizations across the U.S., Japan, and Taiwan on workforce development in the age of AI.
