Educational Technologist, College of the Rockies
Rajveer Kaur is an Educational Technologist at the College of the Rockies, where he designs faculty workshops and Rise courses focused on humanizing online learning, digital accessibility, UDL-based assessments, and leveraging technology to break intercultural barriers. He has a master’s of science in physics and a bachelor’s in education. Rajveer began teaching high school Physics before earning a Master’s in Instructional Technology. This shift reshaped his approach to learning not as content delivery but as an experience that fosters real understanding and application. Curious about translating learning theories into immersive online experiences, he pursued hands-on instructional design work, including volunteer roles at Rummie and CrowdDoing. One of his most impactful projects was co-developing an anti-bullying eLearning course, where emotional connection, experiential design, and storytelling transformed passive content into meaningful action. That success reinforced what he knows to be true: learning happens when we engage both the rational mind and the “elephant brain” (the emotional, intuitive side).
