Mustapha Salaudeen is a multidisciplinary Learning Experience Specialist with a background spanning visual design, science, education, and digital learning innovation. He began his career as a visual artist and designer, later trained as a scientist, and worked as a classroom teacher before moving into Learning Experience Design. This diverse foundation now informs his work at Sky, where he creates impactful, multimedia-driven learning experiences for a global workforce. Passionate about learning innovation and the psychology behind engagement, Mustapha blends creativity, analytical thinking, and pedagogy to develop solutions that are as human-centered as they are effective. He is especially interested in the intersection of behavior, design, and technology.
