Mimi Phung is an experienced learning professional with a wide range of experiences. She started her career as a high school teacher before transitioning her skills to learning and development. She has created learning experiences for global corporate audiences, including creating video content, eLearning, job aids, and performing LMS administration. Currently, Mimi works as an instructional designer at the University of California San Diego. She enjoys contributing to the L&D field by presenting at conferences and advocating for wellness at work, tying into her belief that her biggest goal in life is to make positive change in the world. In addition, Mimi is a 2022 alumna of the Learning Guild’s Thirty Under 30 program.
