Previously she worked in the financial industry focusing on organizational transformation, learning and talent development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Her background also includes consulting and learning product development. In addition to speaking at conferences and delivering award-winning workshops, Alison is passionate about volunteering, mentoring, and paying it forward. She has an MEd in curriculum and instructional technology.
