Learning Guild and CEdMA Partner on New Customer Education Programming at DevLearn 2026

New York, NY  [May 21,  2026] — The Learning Guild, producers of DevLearn Conference & Expo, the largest learning technology event in North America, is excited to announce a new partnership with the Customer Education Management Association (CEdMA) to deliver a dedicated track of Customer Education content designed to help learning professionals unlock the full potential of their learning programs.

Taking place across the full DevLearn 2026 event, November 4 – 6 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the customer education content is a new feature within a robust line up of learning experiences serving learning and talent development professionals across all industries. CEdMA and the Learning Guild teamed up to bring together leading voices and topics in customer education, enablement, and customer experience, providing attendees with practical tools and new perspectives, including:

  • From Completion Rates to Revenue Signals: Operationalizing Education-Led Growth
  • Reducing Complexity of Sophisticated Systems Through Thoughtful Training
  • Same Craft, Different Customer: What Learning & Customer Education Teams Can Learn from Each Other
  • Using AI to Build Faster and Do More, Without Losing Your Humanity
  • From Engagement to ROI: Proving the Business Impact of Customer Education

These sessions, combined with 200 more in topical programming tracks of AI & Automation, Instructional Design, Leadership & Strategy, Data & Measurement and many more await learning professionals in November.

“We are thrilled to partner with the DevLearn team to shine a light on the critical role customer education plays in business success, and to raise awareness of the profession itself. Many people are already doing this work, but may not know that CEdMA is a global community here to support them. By working together, we’re helping more people connect, share ideas, and improve how they drive adoption, increase time-to-value, and make a real difference in customer growth and satisfaction through customer education,” said Debbie Smith, President of CEdMA.

“The DevLearn team is proud to bring our loyal attendees even greater value in 2026. As we continue to gain a deeper understanding of the evolving responsibilities of today’s learning professionals — often extending beyond traditional learning and development into customer education — our partnership with CEdMA became a natural fit. While remaining the industry’s leading resource for L&D professionals, we are also committed to expanding the range of learning programs we champion, enabling us to better serve the full scope of the learning community,” noted Lenore Higgins, Senior Event Director at The Learning Guild, producers of DevLearn.
