In this new Guild Research Report, Learning Technologies 2013: Where We Are Now, Patti Shank sharesthe results of a 2013 survey focusing on the technologies used by 519respondents in the eLearning and learning fields. The report examines whichindividual technologies—such as audio, blogs, discussion boards, simulations,and text messages—respondents use. The report analyzes the differences betweencorporate and higher education use and usage by different industries, then exploresusage by modality: in classroom instruction, asynchronous eLearning,synchronous eLearning, mobile learning, performance support, on-the-job instruction,and informal and social learning.
