Learning Leadership 2021: What the Research Says

The Learning Guild recently completed two research projectsexploring important topics impacting learning leaders. In the first, we examinedhow well leaders—in the view of workers—responded to the pandemic. Thesecond report was an examination of learning leaders themselves: thecharacteristics they share and what separates a leader from a non-leader.
