Frank Hanfland is the Manager of Training Technology & Interactive Media at Safety-Kleen's Professional Development group and has spent the past ten years on the forefront of multimedia and eLearning development. His experience reaches back to application programming in BASIC, developing in Authorware 3-7, Flash since version 3, and many other platforms to provide integrated solutions to a wide variety of industries, ranging from telecom, banking and insurance, to hazardous waste companies. In addition to his technical expertise, Frank Hanfland has a solid background in instructional design and is an advocate of using the most modern methodologies to solve an organizations human performance improvement and support requirements.
