Tiffany Baltazar

Tiffany Baltazar is a learning and development leader at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with experience spanning learning strategy, leadership development, learning operations, and organizational development. Her career includes leadership roles across Georgia Tech, Agnes Scott College, Emory University, and Georgia State University, where she has led large-scale learning initiatives, leadership programs, and operational improvements.   She holds a master’s degree in learning, leadership, and organization development from the University of Georgia. Tiffany’s work focuses on building effective learning ecosystems, strengthening governance and measurement, and exploring how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, can support more strategic and sustainable learning organizations.
