Thorsten Giertz is CEO of emeneo., a consulting company focusing on e-Learning strategy and realization. Thorsten holds a Master in Economics from the University of Cologne. In his 15 years of working experience he has consulted several enterprises, universities and government institutions regarding the beneficial use of e-Learning as well as lead several projects such as large scale content development and global LMS Roll-Out. Current research interests include: training evaluation, IT supported corporate training process management and transforming face to face training into e-Learning.
