Prior to joining First Citizens, Stacy was the advertising Training Manager for The State, South Carolina’s largest newspaper, and a member of Knight Ridder’s talent bank. Her experience includes successful implementation of projects in change management, learning and talent development, research and evaluation, coaching, and training design and facilitation.
