Seniye Groff, MEd, is the Director of Training and People Practices at Fortis Construction. Seniye brings an expertise in training, human resources and organizational development with a particular focus on maximizing performance while building team spirit and achieving organizational goals Ultimately, she is a creative human strategist that loves dissecting content so that people are empowered with the skills and tools to be successful on the job and life.She holds a Masters of Science in Adult Training and Development and is an adjunct Professor at Clark College. She served on the board of ATD-Cascadia Chapter for three years. She is the winner of several awards recognizing outstanding performance. She has authored articles and presented to national audiences on best practices for effective training.Seniye also volunteers at Dress for Success since 1999. She has found her experience with Dress for Success particularly rewarding because she is able to help women make long-lasting changes in their own lives.
