Neha Divakarla is a multiple award-winning expert with 20+ years of experience and specialization in the areas of Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, Change Management, and Project Management. Over the course of her career, Neha has been engaged with leading organizations such as VMware, Accenture, and NIIT and has served multinational clients within the technology, telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare domains. More recently, Neha served as the Director of Learning Programs within VMware’s global sales enablement function. Neha holds an Executive MBA degree, a BA in Mass Media and Mass Communication, the ATD Consulting Skills certification, and several Sales Enablement certifications. Neha is a member of Sales Enablement Collective, a global community of sales enablement and revenue leaders.
