Mercedez Jones is an accomplished Learning & Development professional with over seven years of experience leading impactful learning strategies across consulting, fintech, and banking industries. Her expertise spans facilitation, content design, learning technology, and organizational behavior change, with a focus on aligning learning with business outcomes. Mercedez has held roles at ZS Associates, Enova, and McKinsey & Company, where she helped design and scale enterprise learning programs for clients ranging from 100 to 15,000 employees. At McKinsey, she served as a workstream leader for A2E Essentials, a flagship program focused on embedding common-sense behaviors in workplace culture through digital learning platforms. She currently leads the facilitation team at Wintrust Financial Corporation, creating best-in-class learning experiences across the organization. Committed to building inclusive pathways in the field, Mercedez also mentors emerging talent and contributes to nonprofit learning initiatives.
