Madeleine MacDonald
Senior Learning Consultant, ERM
Madeleine MacDonald (she/her) is a senior learning consultant with Environmental Resources Management (ERM) and a master’s degree student in OPWL. She was a 2021 summer research fellow for the Society for Research on Educational Effectiveness (SREE), researching work-based learning programs for rural adults. She has an honors degree in international development from New College of Florida and is recognized as a Gilman Scholar. Previously, she was lead training designer for the Royal Navy engineering department in Fareham, UK. Madeleine also works on investigating ethical and responsible cross-cultural organizational research methods as assistant director to Boise State University’s MarCC Lab.
