Lillian takes a detail-oriented, consultative approach to instructional design, with experience spanning healthcare, automotive, and corporate training. She digs deep into each project to craft effective, learner-focused experiences and combines adult learning methodologies with storytelling and strategy to design solutions that resonate with learners and drive results.
