Dr. Hendrik Dietrich is CLO at Ipso Bildung AG in Switzerland. He empowers learners, learning organizations, and L&D professionals with applicable, neuroscience-based insights. Dr. Dietrich supports corporate clients like Microsoft, Novartis, General Electric, and Deutsche Bank. He facilitated workshops on AI-assisted learning with corporate clients, including one at the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond. He is a regular speaker at L&D events in the USA and Europe, virtually and in person. At the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), and iVentiv Learning Futures, among others. Previously, the neuroscientist led a research lab focused on learning and memory. Dr. Dietrich has extensive teaching experience.
