Gia Fanelli is a Learning Design Expert at McKinsey’s Design and Development Center of Excellence and contributes to McKinsey Learning’s Research and Innovation Lab. With over 10 years of experience in various facets of training and development, she leverages her passion for learner motivation to create dynamic learning solutions.She has an M.A. in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Central Florida and a B.S. in Health and Human Development from Penn State University.
