Bob Kaeding

Bob Kaeding is a Learning Design Expert at McKinsey’s Design and Development Center of Excellence and contributes to McKinsey Learning’s Research and Innovation Lab. At the firm, he has held various roles, including leading the development of learning solutions for internal audiences and clients. Prior to joining McKinsey, Bob was already a veteran in the learning field, having been a learning designer, project director and VP of course delivery in smaller consulting firms. Over his 30-year career, Bob has designed learning in all modalities, including digital learning, live workshops, virtual instructor-led sessions, and blended learning journeys.
