Frank Gartland serves Skillable customers as its Chief Solutions Officer. He collaborates with customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to cultivate an in-depth understanding of today’s enablement, skill development and skill validation challenges. While leading product teams at innovative companies like KnowledgeNet, Thomson NETg, and iLinc Communications, Frank helped lead the transformation of traditional Instructor-led Training (ILT) to live virtual classroom experiences for partners like Cisco Systems, EMC, Microsoft, Salesforce, Global Knowledge, State Farm insurance, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and many more. With Microsoft, Frank led Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA, a predecessor to Microsoft Learn) to deliver hundreds of Microsoft product enablement experiences to 2M+ people per month. He created the Microsoft Jump Start series to help Microsoft product teams deliver global partner and customer enablement to global audiences. Most recently, Frank was CEO of Veeya, a boutique managed service provider focused on serving K-12 institutions with technology as a service designed to help educators focus on students, not technology.
