As founder and CEO of Desklight, she partners with leading organizations like Smithsonian, Savvas, andAmerican Marketing Association to create learning experiences that drive real change. Her background spans innovation consulting at IDEO and Gravitytank, graduate-level teaching at Northwestern University and IIT Institute of Design, andauthoring “Learning in the Wild,” a practical guide for implementing modern learning strategies.Erin brings unique insights from founding the design program at Chicago Portfolio School and working with diverse clients, from global enterprises to nonprofits. She holds a Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and Fortune.
