Emily Moore has worked in instructional design for over 15 years and is currently a Senior Instructional Designer at ADP. Prior to moving into instructional design, Ms. Moore worked as a freelance writer (under her maiden name, Vander Veer) and a computer programmer. She holds a M.Ed. in Educational Technology, a B.S. in Business Administration (CIS emphasis), and a UX certification from Nielsen Norman Group. She publishes weekly blog articles on topics of interest to IDs and ID-adjacent roles at  Moore Thinking.
