Dianna Smith

Dianna Smith, PhD, is a seasoned training professional with experience in instructor-led, eLearning, and virtual training. She is a training consultant who has worked in the government space as a contractor for 25 years and is currently a manager supporting the Caregivers Support Program’s (CSP) education and training workstream. In her role she creates training videos, assists with conference planning, and works alongside other workstreams to provide training guidance and support. Dianna also leads the ECS Management and Modernization (M&M) Center of Excellence (COE) Training Chapter. She holds a PhD in education instructional design for online learning.
