Deborah Decker

Deborah Decker has been in the Learning Development field for over 25 years. She has always had a passion for teaching and technology and began using these passions together in 2003 to design and deliver online courses. She has done eLearning at the university level and in corporate organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology and is currently working on her Doctoral dissertation for a Doctorate in Learning Technologies at Pepperdine University.
