Cristina Wildermuth

Dr. Cristina Wildermuth is Associate Professor and Program Director of the B.S. in Organizational Leadership and the M.S. in Leadership and Innovation at Barry University, where she teaches Leadership, Ethics, and Instructional Design. She holds a doctorate in Leadership Studies from Bowling Green State University and regularly presents at national and international conferences on instructional innovation, integrating AI into teaching, and ethics. As a leadership consultant, Dr. Wildermuth has traveled extensively, designing and facilitating leadership development programs in Finland, Germany, Portugal, Egypt, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and the United States. Dr. Wildermuth is the author of Against All Odds: Leadership and The Handmaid’s Tale (Emerald Publishing) and co-author of Diversity Training (ATD Press). Her research was published by prestigious academic journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Academic Ethics, and the Journal of Psychological Issues in Organizational Culture. Dr. Wildermuth facilitates the International Leadership Association’s annual Leadership Education Academy and co-leads Linked:HR, a LinkedIn community with over 1.5 million members. Additionally, she serves as Senior Faculty at the Josh Bersin Academy.
