Graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Educational Psychology and a Master’s in Education/Instructional Technology, Cheryl excels in course development, notably during the pandemic where she spearheaded crucial nursing education initiatives. Leading a team of 8 enterprise instructional designers, she now oversees the creation of tailored courses, enhancing the learning experience for over 150,000 healthcare teammates at Advocate Health.
