Armi Treñas is the founder and principal consultant of Learning and Performance Partners, Inc. (LPPI). Her practice is based primarily in Asia, where she designs customized learning interventions and courseware for clients. She holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from the Boise State University and a Master in Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management. She has developed and conducted training programs on competency-based instructional design, blended learning, and organizational learning for both profit and non-profit organizations.
