Tatiana Ziambaeva is a Learning and Development (L&D) professional with a strong background in education and research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Innovation Technologies and Master in Educational Technologies and has conducted notable research on public teachers’ ICT competencies during the COVID-19 pandemic, publishing her findings and sharing methodological recommendations with public schools in Saint Petersburg in 2020. Currently, Tatiana works at Pigment, where she progressed from an intern to a key team member in one year, responsible for creating and refining customer-facing learning content and organizing live events. She is keen on integrating internal training with customer-facing content, leveraging psychology, visual design, data analytics and evidence-based practices to enhance content quality. Beyond her professional role, Tatiana teaches English to high school students, mentors university students and volunteers in educational initiatives, contributing to the community.
