Genevieve works with the marketing and sales organizations with a focus on developing Leadership behaviors and skills.Her 25 years of experience include leadership development, supply chain, project, change management, and people management. She supports Michelin as a trainer, coach, and facilitator. Her broad experience allows her to be comfortable working with all levels of the organization and across all parts of the business. Prior to joining Michelin, Genevieve held position at GE, SABIC, and Heinz in supply chain, finance, material management and management. Genevieve is committed to lifelong learning and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Franklin Covey content trainer, and Maxwell Leadership Team Member.
