Tina Woita, Global Director of Strategic Learning for SilkRoad, has been with the organization for 5 years. She is responsible for managing a client-facing team of consultative training professionals in addition to initiating and developing an internal Learning and Organizational Development Department. Tina has been published in the Midwest Journal of Education and Technology regarding the use of Virtual Worlds in Education. She holds certifications in Mager’s Instructional Modular Design (IMD) and Criterion-Referenced Instruction (CRI), is pursuing a Masters Degree in Adult Education with an emphasis in Human Resources, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
