Shelly Woodley
Associate Director, Training & Special Projects, MCAP
Shelly Woodley is Associate Director, Training & Special Projects for MCAP’s Single Family Operations, and has worked in various roles at the company for the past 13 years. She co-developed MCAP’s New Hire training program for the call center, which was an Ontario diploma program recognized by the Ontario government in Canada as part of its provincial Apprenticeship Program. Shelly also develops instructional design, and facilitates technical, business knowledge and soft skills training (e.g. leadership training and communications). She is in transition to lead the amalgamated Single Family Training & Development team where she will oversee training and development initiatives for approximately 450 employees.
