Nyla Spooner is a Learning Designer at Inter IKEA Systems, BV and Co-Founder at DESIGNxHUMANITY (DxH), where she and the DxH team work together to create a learn-by-doing ecosystem for BIPOC learning and development professionals. Having worked in various industries from Tech to Retail, she has a wide scope of experience developing learning experiences for large organizations.Nyla is also the host of the popular L&D podcast, “I’m New Here”. Born and raised in Houston, Texas Nyla now lives in The Netherlands, but always remembers that real change-makers come from the third coast.
