Luke Burns leads our dedication to world-class support in propelling each client’s experience with Lucy. His role extends from client adoption of Lucy to leveraging her for long-term business success. Luke began with the company as a customer success manager, gaining both experience and a successful track-record of managing client support, user experience and market research. Previously, he worked at Wells Fargo building relationships and servicing customers in the technology, media, telecom, and private equity industries.
