Justin Welk

Director of Talent Management, ICF International

Justin Welk leads talent management at ICF. In this role, he is responsible for several elements of the employee experience, including onboarding, performance management, and career development. He’s passionate about helping others find meaning and purpose at work and builds solutions to make that happen. Prior to joining ICF, Justin was a lead business partner for Organizational Change Management at one of America’s largest retail organizations. He partnered with executives to lead enterprise-wide initiatives. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from North Dakota State University and a master’s in HR and change leadership from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis.
