Erin Gibson is an adjunct graduate faculty member in the organizational performance and workplace learning department at Boise State University. In addition to being an adjunct faculty, Erin is a Key Spouse in the 18th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. In this role she provides counseling, training, and assistance to military spouses. Before moving to Japan she worked in training departments within several manufacturing companies where she specialized in eLearning and performance-support tools.
