Ellen has over a decade of experience in L&D. She’s also a game designer, podcaster, Agile practitioner, and innovation evangelist. She believes in “people and interactions over processes and tools” and in harnessing the power of play for learning. As VP, Learning Strategy, Ellen guides how team members across the company think about learning, organizational psychology, and technology. She and her team work directly with customers in the early stages of partnerships. She has a BA in secondary education and a post-secondary certification in educational technology. Ellen shares her life with her husband, two dogs, and forty houseplants.
