Donovan Jackson’s technology learning started in the US Navy as an electronic warfare specialist. After the military, he spent 12 years in IT at Bellsouth, doing everything from applications and network management to executive C-level support. Utilizing experience with C-level executives, he transitioned into enterprise level pre-sales for Kaplan Learning Technologies. He worked as a sales engineer for the STT Trainer authoring product until Assima acquired KLT. He now runs the pre-sales team providing all of the technical needs for Assima sales in North America.
