Dave’s career has focused extensively on all aspects of employee engagement, designing and implementing learning and development and employee communication strategies. With a particular skill and passion for demonstrating innovative learning delivery technologies that can provide the business with a cutting edge of commercial benefit, he has worked on a number of programs which have allowed him to demonstrate creativity and innovation when delivering new solutions. Dave has on-site experience in the USA and in Europe as well as playing a role in delivering a change program in Asia. With an ability to operate at the highest level he has a very personable and enthusiastic personality, and has recently been awarded Training Journal’s L&D Professional of the Year (2014).
