Clive Shepherd, a director at Onlignment, is a learning and development specialist with a particular interest in the applications of media and technology to learning at work. In a career spanning more than 35 years, Clive has headed up a corporate training function, co-founded a leading multimedia development business, and was an independent consultant operating worldwide. In recent years, Clive has devoted his attention to the design and implementation of next-generation blended learning solutions. He is a regular speaker at international conferences, has been recognized with two lifetime achievement awards, has written five books and more than 200 articles, and contributes regularly to his blog, Clive on Learning. His new book, More Than Blended Learning, launches in January 2015.
