Breana Hidalgo learned what instructional design was in 2012 and has spent the last 9 years absolutely enthralled with the field. She has developed model courses and trained faculty as part of an award-winning ID team in higher education, presented at various conferences, contributed to OERs to improve the field and currently works among a fabulous team of IDs at the security technology company, ConnectWise.
