I’ve spent over a decade designing and delivering training that helps people grow and perform at their best. My journey started in call centers, where I learned how to make learning stick in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Over time, I’ve expanded my expertise into sales, hospitality, and leadership development. I’ve had the opportunity to work with industry leaders like SiriusXM, Invited (formerly ClubCorp), and the #5 ranked City Club in the US, The Fort Worth Club. I’ve worked in organizations of all sizes, from 18,000 employees to just 150. Each experience has taught me how to adapt L&D strategies to fit the culture and needs of the business. At The Fort Worth Club, I led the entire L&D function as a department of one. I’m passionate about creating practical, people-focused learning experiences that drive real business impact. Seeing people grow and succeed is what keeps me excited about what I do every day.
