Andrew is an Organization Development expert specializing in facilitation and leadership development. He helps companies build capacity to achieve their missions and mobilizes groups toward critical business outcomes. A skilled facilitator of complex, high-stakes meetings, he also trains consultants in facilitation. At Interaction Associates, Andrew has held senior leadership roles and contributed to instructional design, developing courses on teamwork, meeting management, coaching, and web-based learning. His expertise spans leadership development, strategic planning, values clarification, and team building. Beyond consulting, Andrew is an accomplished playwright, using his storytelling skills to craft compelling business narratives. He holds a B.A. in Radio/TV from Indiana University, an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University, an M.F.A. in playwriting from Ohio University, and a Ph.D. in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Andrew has worked with major clients, including AT&T, Apple, Genentech, Sephora, DuPont, PG&E, Nordstrom, The Gap, UC-SF, and KPMG.
