From finding your next supplier to advancing your career, the Learning Guild offers resources to meet the needs of learning and development practitioners. Here’s a complete guide to what’s available to the learning community:

Supplier Directory

The free Supplier Directory feature was developed based on feedback from the Learning Guild audience. It helps you discover solution providers more efficiently by allowing you to:

  • Find specific suppliers using the search bar
  • Filter by product category to discover providers that offer specific solutions
  • Browse the full directory to explore available vendors

Job Board

Learning and development professionals can find their dream position using our Job Board. It contains only L&D-related roles, so it’s much more targeted than other job boards you may encounter.

Looking to hire someone? With the free Learning Guild Community Membership, you can post your open positions to the job board to find the perfect candidate.

Online learning

If you want to expand your knowledge on hot L&D topics or see a demo of the latest solutions without leaving your desk, then you’re in luck. The Learning Guild offers a number of online educational opportunities:

  • Webinars â€“ 30-minute to 1-hour sessions that occur regularly and focus on a single aspect of learning
  • Demo Days â€“ Held multiple times a year, you have the opportunity to see multiple AI, authoring, or LMS product demos in a single sitting.
  • Online Conferences â€“ 6-session educational and networking events that take a deep dive into a pivotal L&D topic, allowing you to hear from experts and your peers.

Webinars and Demo Days are free for all learning professionals, and all 6 Online Conferences are free with a Learning Guild Pro Membership. Plus all registered participants will receive recordings to their inbox after the event.

Professional development resources

If on-demand tools work better with your schedule, then our content libraries are for you. With a free Community membership, you can check out these libraries anytime:

In addition to the three content collections above, Pro Members have access to:

In-person education and networking

Last but not least, for those who want to connect with other learning professionals face-to-face, the Learning Guild hosts two annual events in Las Vegas:

  • Learning Leadership (Nov. 2 & 3, 2026) – Designed exclusively for those who lead organizational learning, training, and talent development teams.
  • DevLearn (Nov. 4 – 6, 2026) – North America’s largest learning technologies event is where you come to see what’s working and what’s next in the learning profession.
