About Cinga Leadership and Learning Inc.
Cinga Leadership and Learning Inc. is a boutique consulting firm based in Vancouver, BC. We deliver bespoke leadership programs and custom learning solutions to clients across industries. We create learning that lasts so people grow, cultures evolve, and results follow.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a capable, organized, and client-ready Learning Design and Program Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on support role focused on instructional design, learning development, project coordination, and leadership program delivery. The successful candidate will work under the direction of senior partners to help ensure programs and projects are executed to a high standard.

This is not a lead consultant, facilitation, or standalone instructional design role. It is a build and support role for someone who takes pride in creating high-quality learning materials and keeping complex projects moving.

What You’ll Do
Learning Design and Development
•        Design and develop learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, job aids, scripts, storyboards, and eLearning content.

•        Build course content from source material, SME input, and existing assets, structuring it into clear, learner-focused resources that align to objectives.

•        Develop and maintain eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and/or Rise, including content authoring, review, revision, testing, and publishing.

•        Produce LMS-ready materials and support deployment, testing, and maintenance of digital learning content.

•        Apply adult learning principles to structure content for application across in-person, virtual, blended, and digital formats.

•        Review materials for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment to quality standards.

Leadership Program Support
•        Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of leadership programs and learning initiatives.

•        Prepare and maintain program materials including facilitator guides, workbooks, slide decks, and supporting tools.

•        Maintain version control, file management, and track reviews, approvals, and revisions across program assets.

•        Identify gaps or inconsistencies in program materials and escalate for review.

Project and Client Support
•        Coordinate assigned components of learning projects from planning through delivery.

•        Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, and action item logs.

•        Monitor progress, flag risks and delays, and keep project information current and accessible.

•        Support client meetings through preparation, note-taking, and follow-up documentation.

•        Communicate deliverables, timelines, and next steps clearly and professionally.

•        Escalate risks, unclear requirements, or client concerns to senior partners.

Evaluation and Operations Support
•        Support program evaluation including survey setup, distribution, data collection, and consolidation.

•        Prepare summaries and contribute to ROI reporting and impact data.

•        Support internal documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement practices.

What You Bring
Must Haves
•        Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communications, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

•        3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design, with demonstrated experience building learning materials from scratch.

•        Proven ability to design and develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, job aids, scripts, storyboards, and eLearning content, not just review or edit existing materials.

•        Experience developing eLearning using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent authoring tools.

•        Solid understanding of adult learning principles and how to structure content for application, not just awareness.

•        Experience producing LMS-ready materials and supporting digital content deployment.

•        Experience supporting client-facing programs or projects with multiple stakeholders.

•        Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and revision cycles.

•        Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished, client-ready materials.

•        High attention to detail, strong file management practices, and consistent follow-through.

Nice to Haves
•        Experience supporting leadership development programs.

•        Familiarity with learning management systems or learning experience platforms.

•        Experience supporting learning evaluation, impact reporting, or ROI frameworks.

•        Experience with survey or feedback platforms such as Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics.

•        Exposure to structured project management tools or practices.

Tools and Ways of Working
•        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Planner.

•        Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clean, consistent, client-ready learning materials.

•        Comfortable working in shared file systems and collaborative environments with strong version control practices.

•        Proficient with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Review 360.

•        Experience with Canva, Moodle, LearnWorlds, or similar tools is an asset.

•        Comfortable learning new technologies as programs evolve.

Who You Are
•        Organized, reliable, and accountable, you follow through.

•        A strong builder: you create materials from scratch, not just update what’s already there.

•        Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.

•        Professional and confident working with senior partners, consultants, and clients.

•        Calm and solutions-focused under pressure.

•        Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and comfortable taking direction.

•        Curious about learning design, leadership development, and how people grow.

•        Flexible and adaptable as priorities shift.
